Easy Tikka/ Simple Tikka by Soup2Sweet
Simple Tikka Recipe
Ingredients
(Serves - 4 persons)
For tikka: (Can be varied as per your taste)
Cauliflower / Brocolli - 1/4 flower (10 small pieces)
Paneer - 10 pieces
mushroom - 10 pieces
tomato -1
Capsicum -1
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp ©Soup2Sweet
Ingredients to grind
(Serves - 4 persons)
For Marinating:
Curd - 1
Green chilli - 1
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 2 piece (optional)
coriander / mint - 1 bowl

Steps :
i) Ingredients can be changed as per your taste
ii) Grind all the ingredients for grinding (For marinating)
iii) Mix all the ingredients and the grind ed mixture.
iv) After marination , insert them into sticks.
v) Preheat oven to 450° and bake them
for 10 minutes
vi) Both veggies and paneer should be well
cooked
vii) Goes good as healthy snack or healthy
starter
