Ingredients
For stuffing:
Fried gram - 1/4 cupFried grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar with 1 elachi - 1/2 cup
Dry grapes - 1 tsp
For outer layer:
Maida - 1 cupCorn flour - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Water - 1/4 cup ©Soup2Sweet
For stuffing:
- Grind fried gram to coarse powder.
- Add fried grated coconut.
- Powder sugar with elachi to a smooth powder.
- Add dry grapes and mix them well.
For outer Layer
- Add maida,corn flour ,oil and mix well.
- Add water drop by drop and mix well.
- The dough should not be sticky
- Keep it aside for 2 hrs
After 2 hrs
- Make small balls and roll to thin circles
- Keep 1 tsp of blended mixture and fold them and press them in corners.
- Cut them in corners with somasi spoon or pizza cutter.
- Deep fry them in oil
- Flip them in regular intervals.
- Remove from oil once the bubbles gets calm down in oil.
- Preserve in air tight container.

Tips:
1. Corn flour or Corn starch any of this can be used.
2. The flour can be mixed well as we do for Poori. The dough should not be sticky.
3. Deep fry in medium flame oil.
4. Do not close the airtight container when somasi is hot.
