Spinach gravy/ Kadancha keerai by Soup2Sweet

                              Kadanch keerai / Spinach gravy    






     Ingredients


Spinach - 250 grams   or   Keerai - 1 bunch ( cleaned & cooked)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Asafoetide - a pinch


To Saute

Mustard - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 ( Finely chopped)



Step

1) Grind all the ingredients together.

Spinach - 250 grams   or   Keerai - 1 bundle ( cleaned & cooked)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Asafoetide - a pinch


2) Add sauteed items to the blended spinach.

3) Serve with rice and ghee.
