                            இஞ்சி காபி / Ginger coffee







Ingredients  (Serves for 2 persons)

Ginger - 1 piece (thumb size)
Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jaggery grated - 2 tsp
Water - 200 ml



Steps

i)Add ginger,coriander seeds and jaggery to the blender
ii)Blend them well
iii)Then add few water and blend them well
iv)Boil 200 ml of water with the blended smooth paste.
v)Use juice strainer and extract the coffee.
vi)Serve hot.
